Announce Something New - Campaign and Content ProductionThe Challenge
With training camp ending and the season set to kickoff, we had one week to develop the creative strategy, script and content production before we touched down in Kansas City to work with the Chiefs’ star player during a two hour shoot. Using Grip Boost’s social media data, we crafted a creative strategy and content production plan to make the most of the endorsement and launched the campaign in time for the 2019 opening weekend.
THE RESPONSE & REACH
Leaning into Tyreek Hill’s nickname, Cheetah, we created a campaign linked to his speed and how Grip Boost gloves enhance his performance on the field. We created the Grip Boost Pro Team that will feature NFL players who use the gloves and will showcase custom glove designs referencing players’ on field nicknames and personas.

Behind The Scenes
Tyreek Hill is prolific with his YouTube content. We saw this an opportunity to create and distribute a behind the scenes (BTS) video to help extend Grip Boost’s exposure to his fan base. Through the BTS coverage, we were able to show off his personality while capturing quotes and moments with the product that a standard branded spot doesn’t. This gave fans an exclusive look at the process of working with the fastest player in the NFL while adding another consumer touch point for the brand.
